ABOUT

Hi, I’m Sherilyn.

If you’ve found your way here, something in you is already listening
to the quiet ache beneath the surface,
to the whisper of what’s next,
to the possibility of becoming more fully yourself.

My work is about meeting you at that threshold.
Not with a plan to fix or a map to follow,
but with presence, resonance, and trust in what wants to emerge.

Who I Work With

I work with people who have already walked far. Leaders. Sensitives. Entrepreneurs. Creatives.

You’ve done the inner work. You’ve grown through fire, loss, and reinvention. You’ve succeeded in roles and identities that once fit—but now feel too small. And still, something in you knows: there is more.

You don’t just need more tools or strategies. You need a space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and cross the threshold into your next becoming.

My Own Path of Becoming

I’ve lived this Emergent Life myself, many times over.

I’ve been an executive in tech, leading complex systems and teams. A facilitator of transformational spaces. A mother of three—including a twice-neurodivergent child who has expanded my heart beyond words. A cancer survivor, initiated by illness and refined by resilience.

I’ve sat in corporate boardrooms and sacred ceremony. I’ve walked through breakdowns and breakthroughs. And through it all, I’ve been listening—studying the invisible architecture beneath our becoming.

Each turning point has taught me that emergence is less about effort and more about attention. Less about controlling outcomes, more about aligning with what’s alive and true.

If You’re Wondering…

What is emergence coaching?

Emergence coaching is about learning to listen to what’s trying to be born through you. It’s not about fixing or striving—it’s about attuning to the patterns beneath the patterns, the deeper rhythm of your becoming. Together, we create space to trust what’s arising and move with it. Dive deeper here.

How is emergence coaching different from traditional coaching or therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Traditional coaching often focuses on setting goals for the future. Emergence coaching works in the fertile space between—the present moment. We pay attention to what’s alive right now, and through that, new pathways naturally reveal themselves. Dive deeper here.

What is your methodological approach?

I draw from a living toolkit of practices: professional coaching (CTI), Authentic Relating, Theory U, systems coaching (ORSC), and my own 5 practices of Emergent Listening. I also weave in conscious use of AI tools to deepen reflection and support integration between sessions. But more than methodology, the heart of my work is presence—meeting you exactly where you are, with what’s most alive.

I’m new to all of this. Where should I start?

Start with a free 20-minute Discovery Session. It’s a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and to feel into whether this work resonates for you. From there, you can step into a single session or into Reshape: A 3-Month Journey of Becoming if you’re ready for a deeper container.

What kinds of transitions do you help people walk through?

Thresholds of all kinds: career shifts, leadership transitions, creative rebirths, identity transformations, life after illness, navigating relationship changes. Wherever you’re standing on the edge of what’s next, we walk together into the unknown.

What does a typical session look like?

No two sessions are the same—because no two moments are the same. We might drop into guided awareness, map systemic patterns, or explore a felt sense in your body. Sometimes it looks like dialogue. Sometimes it looks like presence. Always, it’s about following the thread of what’s most alive in you.

How do I know if emergence coaching is right for me?

If you’ve already done deep inner work, achieved success by old measures, or lived through major change—and still feel an ache for something more—this work is for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to listen and follow what arises.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need or where I’m going?

Perfect. That’s where emergence lives. You don’t need a five-year plan to begin—you just need curiosity and a willingness to explore. Together, we’ll listen for what wants to come into form.

Do I need to have a “big transition” happening to work with you?

Not at all. Some clients come in the middle of major upheaval. Others simply feel a quiet restlessness—a sense that something is shifting beneath the surface. Both are welcome.

How do sessions take place?

All sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so we can work together wherever you are. Occasionally, I also offer in-person retreats or workshops.

Do you offer discovery calls before committing?

Yes. Every coaching relationship begins with a free 20-minute Discovery Session so you can get a feel for me, the work, and whether it’s the right fit for you.

How will I know if coaching is working for me?

Results are never one-size-fits-all. Some people find clarity in their next steps. Others discover new ways of relating, leading, or creating. Many describe it as an expanded sense of self—greater coherence, deeper trust, and a more authentic way of moving through the world.

You’ll feel the difference. Not as a checklist, but as a shift: more ease in your body, more resonance in your choices, more alignment with what’s true.

How long do people usually work with you?

Some people come for a single session and receive exactly what they need. Others walk with me for months or years. The work is emergent—there’s no prescribed timeline, only what feels most supportive to you.
